Eric Territo joined PBM in 2024. He has 20 years’ experience in the accounting field. As an accountant, Eric enjoys forming long lasting relationships with clients. He uses his knowledge to assist clients with all their accounting needs. He holds a bachelor’s degree from DeVry University with a degree in Business Management with a focus in Accounting. In his free time, Eric enjoys golfing as well as spending time with his wife and kids.

Art Plonka joined the Retirement Plan team at PBM in 2024. He has a degree in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University. With over 25 years of experience in administering defined contribution plans and with a Qualified Plan Administrator (QPA) designation, Art is well versed in daily valuation plans, compliance, and trust accounting. He is knowledgeable in IRS regulations and ERISA laws, and proficient in both recordkeeping and trust services. His expertise in team dynamics, commitment to high integrity, and openness to creative solutions ensures exceptional client service. In his free time, Art enjoys traveling, photography, cycling, and spending time with his family and friends.

Tanisha Sanders joined PBM in July of 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. She is a highly motivated and results-oriented Payroll Specialist with more than 15 years of experience in Customer Service. She possesses a strong foundation in attention to detail, strong mathematical abilities, and excellent communication skills. Having previously worked in payroll preparation and management, she is thrilled to bring with her a proven ability to solve problems and customize solutions to meet client needs. Tanisha enjoys reading, home improvement projects, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Katie Wampler joined PBM in April of 2025 as a Payroll Specialist. She is an experienced leader with a solid foundation in payroll management, program management and operational efficiency. She played a key role in the development of a successful and thriving payroll company and was certified through the American Payroll Association in her 7 years with the company. She is also a certified Freedom Life Coach and spent previous years serving in ministry roles throughout the local Church and non-profits. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Katie has a deep love for the mountains and beaches and enjoys a variety of outdoor activities.

Rebecca joined PBM as a consultant in January 2026, bringing 30 years of experience in dental operations leadership. She specializes in improving efficiency, enhancing patient relations, and aligning operational goals. Leveraging her strengths in data analysis, financial oversight, and team management, she helps practices refine workflows and achieve operational excellence. Rebecca is committed to boosting patient satisfaction and fostering ardent team culture through clear communication, process improvement, and actionable insights. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, music, and reading.

Matthew (Matt) Sledz joined PBM in July of 2025 as a Staff Accountant. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree along with his Master of Science in Accountancy degree from Marquette University and is currently in the process of obtaining an Enrolled Agent certification. Prior to joining the PBM team, he spent close to ten years serving clients in multiple industries with their tax compliance and consulting needs. He is excited to bring his prior knowledge and experiences to PBM to develop new relationships with clients in the healthcare industry. Outside of work he enjoys golfing, spending time with friends and family, cheering on his favorite sport teams, and cooking food.

Ashley Snyder has been at PBM since 2017 as office coordinator. She handles client communications, scheduling, portal advisement, and the inflow of client information. Ashley resides in the northern suburbs of Chicago.  She enjoys reading, remodeling her home, and spending time with her husband and children.

Donna Perlino has been in the retirement plan industry for over 15 years. She joined PBM in 2017 and has been a key member of the retirement team with her extensive knowledge in retirement plan administration, year-end closes, distributions, annual reporting, and document preparation. Donna earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Northern Illinois University as well as a Master of Business Administration. She is currently working towards her QKA® (Qualified 401(k) Administrator). She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

Elisabeth Diaz has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for over ten years. She is a QuickBooks Proadvisor and assists clients with QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online set-up and training. Her goal is to convert accounting, payroll, and tax requirements into processes her clients can understand and achieve. Elisabeth has worked in various capacities at PBM since 2003. She is currently an Accountant/Consultant. She focuses on helping clients with accounting, payroll and taxes. She develops long term relationships with medical and dental professionals and their staff by seeing them as part of the same team. Elisabeth earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Wheaton College, a Professional Accounting Certificate from the College of Lake County, and a Master’s Degree from Trinity International University. She enjoys volunteering at her church and attending cultural events in the Chicago area with friends and family.

Kelsey Millard is an accountant and payroll specialist who has worked in the payroll industry since 2018 and has been the Payroll Manager at PBM since 2020. Kelsey has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Northeastern Illinois University. In her role at PBM, Kelsey oversees the processing of live payrolls, the setup and closing of company payrolls, and helps clients keep up with payroll tax deposit and filing requirements across several different states. She enjoys volunteering at her local animal shelter, attending live concerts in Chicago, and doing fun activities with her daughter, niece, and nephews.

Kevin Kuenn has been with PBM since 2021 as Billing and Workflow Manager, and brings over fifteen years of expertise in billing, accounts receivable, process improvement and database management at several Fortune 100 companies. His responsibilities include managing and maintaining PBM’s billing, client, and workflow data, as well as serving as a subject matter expert in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite applications. Kevin earned his Bachelor’s degree in Rhetoric and Creative Writing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2003. In his free time Kevin enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, classic cinema, playing guitar, and writing fiction.

Kristen Elhard has been with PBM since May of 2022. She is very detail-oriented and has had extensive client-relations training and HR training. She enjoys using her experience assisting both clients and associates to ensure the day-to-day aspects of our teams’ goals are met and exceeded. Outside of work, Kristen enjoys spending time with family and friends, live music, reading and baking.

Laura Mendez is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), licensed in Illinois and Texas, and a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor. She has been with PBM since 2018 and her responsibilities as an accountant/consultant include accounting, tax preparation, payroll and other special projects, as needed. She enjoys using her education and experience assisting clients as they navigate the ever-changing world of business. Laura graduated from the University of Houston-Clear Lake with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 1984 and has worked in public accounting since then. She spends her time traveling, visiting family, and reading.

Patrick Ryan has been an accountant working with medical and dental professionals for over 25 years. He joined PBM in 2016 and has continued providing his clients with the same service and professionalism, focusing on accounting, payroll, and corporate taxes. He takes pride in maintaining long-term relationships with his clients; some as far back as when he first started in the industry. Patrick earned his bachelor’s degree in English at Illinois State University. He furthered his education in accounting at Elmhurst University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, and loves attending outdoor concerts/events.

Vicki Holtrop has been an accountant for over 20 years and has been with PBM since 2016. She is very detail-oriented and has extensive knowledge in accounting, payroll, and taxes. She focuses on providing clients with personalized attention and developing long-term relationships. Vicki grew up in Illinois and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Elmhurst University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, taking her dog on long walks, experiencing different parts of the world, and cheering on her Chicago sports teams.
